THANK YOU

to the many organizations,

businesses and individuals that helped make our

City-Wide Cleanup a success!

Please help to teach the message to

Love Where You Live!!!

Education

Part of our original mission is to carry on an education program to stimulate interest in the beautification of public areas and to create a consistent branding message “Love Where You Live.” This is done through sponsoring speaker series and creating interactive programs in our schools to teach the importance of sustaining a clean community.

Congratulations to our Anti-Littering Poster Contest Winners

Pride, Inc. and the City of Alton teamed up to offer a poster contest for students in 3rd through 5th Grades at East, North and West Elementary Schools in Alton.

Students created posters displaying the importance of keeping our communities clean and not littering.

The top three posters from each school were selected and Mayor David Goins presented the winners with a trophy and gift card.

Great work!!!
